It's Puzzle Friday! More importantly, it's my dad's birthday!

He's been rockin' and rollin' with his very own 36-Across and solving crosswords recently, which are both great things. On top of that, he's a thoughtful, caring person and a great dad, and I'm especially thankful for him today.
